Return & Exchange Policy
At ZARIA, every piece is thoughtfully designed with care, intention, and attention to detail. We kindly ask that you review our return and exchange policy before placing your order.
Returns
At this time, all sales are final. Because our collections are produced in limited quantities, we encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, measurements, and sizing information prior to purchase. If you have any questions about fit or fabric, our team is always happy to assist before your order is placed.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for size or store credit under the conditions outlined below.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. If the Item was purchased in person the grace period is 7 days.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Once approved, exchanges may be made for:
- A different size of the same item (subject to availability), or
- Store credit issued as a ZARIA digital gift card
Please note that items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale or discounted items
- Limited edition or special collections
- Items marked Final Sale
- Accessories
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, odor, or alteration
To maintain fairness and quality, ZARIA reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet these guidelines.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can promptly review the issue and assist you.
When reaching out, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief description of the concern
Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Shipping & Handling
- Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as ZARIA is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments
Processing Time
Once your exchange request is approved:
- Please allow 5–7 business days for review
- Allow 7–10 business days after receipt for processing
You will be notified by email once your exchange or store credit has been issued.
Lost Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier to file a claim as soon as possible. Once a claim has been submitted, please email us the claim number so we may assist further where possible.
