At ZARIA, we are committed to delivering your order with care and transparency.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be extended during launches or high-volume periods. Shipping time begins once your order has been processed.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Delivery timelines provided by carriers are estimates and not guaranteed. ZARIA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Domestic & International Shipping
We currently only ship within the United States. Prospective International customers will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. ZARIA is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Reshipping fees may apply.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. If a package is marked delivered but not received, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can assist you promptly.
